Premiums on the State Health Insurance Marketplace have gone up by 71% since 2013 and more than half of Oregon counties only had two companies offering plans on the Marketplace in 2020. A public option will help give Oregonians more and better options for health insurance and, over time, help bring down inflated health care costs for everyone. Urge state lawmakers to support a public health insurance option.
